Ben Shore
Ben Shore is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the accounting industry.
His main passion is to assist local business owners grow financially and achieve their lifestyle goals. Being a small business owner in North Canterbury himself, Ben is aware of the unique challenges they face and has a wealth of experience to assist owners and their businesses.
Ben lives in Amberley with his wife Karen and twin children Lauren and Billy. In his spare time Ben loves following rugby and cricket, playing social basketball and tennis, and hanging out with his family.
Tsarina Dellow
Tsarina Dellow is a qualified Chartered Accountant and director at Shore Dellow Accountants.
She has over 8 years’ experience working with small- and medium-sized businesses across North Canterbury, specialising in tax planning and cashflow management. Her focus is on providing high-quality and supportive tax advice to help grow businesses and communities.
Tsarina is well known and well respected within her local community and is passionate about the wellbeing of others. She is proud to be a trustee and chair of Wellbeing North Canterbury Community Trust and a board member of Waitaha Primary Health Organisation.
In her spare time, Tsarina enjoys horse riding and adventures in the backcountry.
Georgie Heath-Johnson
Georgie joined the firm in March 2021. She has an extensive background working at ACC and other businesses.
Georgie caught the accounting bug after joining us, and is in her final year of study towards her accounting degree. She is Xero Certified, and is our Excel specialist. Georgie is interested in helping clients use Xero to its fullest potential to make their lives easier.
She lives on a wee block just outside Amberley with her husband, children and growing menagerie of animals. She enjoys getting involved with her children’s school and sports, and is an active member of the Amberley School Fundraising and Social Team.
Ricki Reeves
Ricki joined the firm as our administrator in May 2024. She is Xero Certified, and is our go to person for payroll systems.
Ricki has a passion for numbers and is studying towards her Bachelor of Accounting degree. She lives in Kaiapoi with her son and enjoys reading in her spare time.
